UNCLE GRILL HOUSE | BANANI | PAPERWORK
Deposits, fire times, no-shows, and how money returns in BDT when a Banani reservation changes.
This policy covers deposits, cancellations, no-shows, and when money returns in Bangladeshi Taka. Food that has been fired cannot be unsold. That fact shapes every line.
Private rooms and parties of eight or more may need a deposit to hold the fire time. The amount is on your confirmation.
Cancel more than 48 hours ahead and we refund the deposit minus any special-order meat already butchered for you, with a note of the cost.
Cancel inside 48 hours and the deposit is kept against lost covers, unless we caused the cancel by closing the room.
If the table is empty twenty minutes after fire time and we cannot reach you, the table is released. Deposits are not returned. Walk-in guests will eat your ribeye, which is the only justice available in Banani traffic.
If we fire the wrong doneness and cannot repair it, we replace the plate or remove that line from the bill. We do not refund a whole table because one steak was a conversation.
If you stop a private event mid-way, you pay for food already fired and labour already rostered. Unused deposit after that subtraction returns within 14 working days.
Complaints need to happen in the room, or by the next working day with a photo. A recook at another restaurant before we can inspect limits what we can do.
Same channel as payment where possible, in BDT. Write to reservations@unclegrillhouse.com with the reservation name and date.
