Doneness is a judgement at a live grate. We cook to the ticket. Meat continues to carry heat after it leaves the fire. That is rest, not a mistake.
Alcohol is served to guests who can legally drink in Bangladesh. We may refuse service. We will help you find a car. We will not argue at the door.
